I beg to differ. IHOP Kaneohe and Pearl City and Waikiki are the bomb. Great service, friendly, and huge portions. My Ohana always goes to IHOP and will continue. You should go back and see for yourself.
Guess maybe, as with anywhere else, it depends when you go and who you get?
