Our anticipated visit was ruined by the completely rude clerk. He actually said he wished everyone would "f-ing" go away so he could get a "f-ing" break. Then when he finally made our order he slammed it on the counter. We'll never go back and hope others avoid it also. Horrible treatment!
OMG....Me too. I didnt get the cussing part of it, but those guys couldnt have been open an hour, since I was there before noon, and they just looked stoned, dazed and angry. I wont go back again, period. Its a shame too, as it was a family tradition. We would drive from PoiPu just for a shaved ice. We wont make the trip again I can tell you. The place was always quirky, and never felt like the cleanest place on earth, but when you add two jerks that act like you are bugging them, and they are serving a prison sentence serving shaved ice in the prettiest place on earth, gimme a break!
