On a return visit to Kauai where I lived for several years I was happy to find this restaurant in a new location....Our first visit for lunch was awesome....on our return visit we were so excited to order a great breakfast....The wait staff acted as though we were bothering them when we asked for a missing part of our order....The omelette we ordered was not an omelette at all and was overdone, when we returned it for a new one another came even more well done and actually burned....When we tried to "help" the manager and I think owner by suggesting there was a problem, she defended the cook and said that it was not burned....There were little black charcoal pieces throughout the "scramble"which was not an omelette....If there is one thing I know it is important to listen to customers and take their suggestions....Not the case here...When i move back to Kauai I will never frequent this restaurant.....But, I will return to the Olympic Cafe for their delicious breakfasts!
