Very good authentic Japanese food and decent prices. Comfortable seating, come early because the restaurant fills up quickly after about 5 pm. I really like the teishoku combinations and the favorite of mine is the #69, Rib Eye Steak with assorted tempura. Yummmm......!

I too loved the food at this resturant - so tasty!! The prices where decent, but the service is what spoiled the trip for me. To be honest it was super busy when i stopped by for dinner, we waited for about a half an hour, which was fine - i don't mind waiting for some awesome japanese food, but it seemed the place was understaffed and once seated it took for ever to actually place our order (the waitress seemed to be running back and forth between other tables) and then when we finally did order it took a while to get our food (which in the mean time we constantly had to wave down our server to bring us some more drinks/napkins/ect). When the food arrived it was great! No complaints there, after we where done we waited paitently for our waitress to come by, and waited, and waited, and waited!! My boyfriend actually had to hunt her down almost al the way into the kitchen to get her attention and let her know that we where done, we needed a togo box, and we wanted our check. By this time we were a little irritated. My suggestion - do go and try kunio's food, it is wonderful, but try to go when there not so busy? Maybe lunch time - or right when they open?? Good luck...
Food is good. Service is good...but could be better...seems understaffed....everybody running around like crazy....gotta flag someone down just to get refill of water or extra napkin....go early....like when they open, otherwise expect a long wait to get seated....parking is good....atmosphere is good, but seats are quite tight....booths are a bit better....pricing is fair.
