ONO FAMILY RESTAURANT IS ONE OF ME AND MY HUSBANDS FAVORITE PLACES TO EAT BREAKFAST. WE LOVE THE STAFF AND THEY MAKE US FEEL VERY WELCOMED. WE WERE SAD TO HEAR PART OF THE PLACE CAUGHT FIRE, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE NOW THE RESAURANT GOT A WHOLE NEW MAKEOVER. WE WILL CONTINUE TO ENJOY HAVING BREAKFAST THERE. THANK YOU ONO FAMILY RESTAURANT FOR YOUR TERRIFIC BUSINESS ALL OF THESE YEARS!
My wife and I recently ate breakfast at the Ono Restaurant. The food and the service were wonderful. We give them a "10" on their score. We were especially impressed by the hospitality shown by our host, Kenny. He went above and beyond in helping us make the most of our day of seeing the island of Kauai. He even gave us his cell phone number and name just in case we had more questions. His directions were clear and accurate and thus, easy to follow. We felt that we saw the true Hawaiian spirit in the way in which we were treated. We give him and his staff a sincere and grateful thank you for a wonderful time.
