I think this is the best drive-in in town, maybe on the entire island. Service is extremely fast. Portions are generous. Food is excellent. Prices are cheap. Great Mahi Mahi, Boneless Chicken, Chili (a touch on the spicy side but I like it better than Zippy's). I like to get something that I can have with gravy all over because of their awesome brown gravy. Also heard good things about the Chili Spaghetti, Beef Stew, Mushroom Chicken, and Teri Beef. I always get their medium slush float with every plate lunch also. The only selection I don't care too much for is the Hamburger Steak plate lunch. The patties are thin, a little dry, and very similar to McDonald's cardboard-like hamburger patties. Otherwise, I there is no comparison between Rainbow Drive In and L&L's (voted as the best drive in in Honolulu). Rainbow is much better.
