The pictures of the food on the menu are much better than the actual taste of the real thing. It's not horribly bad, however. The bar selection was great though. I'd give the restaurant side 2 stars and the bar side 4 stars.
You sound just like my pops, MKS446. :) He's not a big fan. I, however, like some of the food, especially the Agedashi Tofu, Chicken Karaage with Spicy Tartar Sauce and Rock Shrimp. The Sashimi I got was not that great (freshness-wise), but I'm hoping it was an isolated incident...
I think it was awesome, their Unagi and salmon rice is really good and they mix it in front of you!
