Deep fried jello? Well, they're deepfrying Twinkies and Oreos (I think Chowder House serves 'em), so, why not, I guess...But, I'd sooner try huli huli turkey than turkey tail lau lau...and I speak from dire experience...Good to see you keeping up the good work, sensei!
Dees too funnee, cuz. I know, cuz I did all these, except for the Jello and sushi. Couldn't see ruining a good piece of sushi.....but then again.....hehehehe. Really enjoy your work...Mahalo!
ahhh ... my dad just kept all the oil bottles and poured the oil back in after cooling and straining it. i think all that oil gave us a year's worth of fried eggs, lumpia, andagi, etc!
