With the experience of traditional sushi making and French and Japanese cuisine, he influenced a food system that would become the backbone of his entire company. This system is what quickly identified his companies namesakes: Global Foods, Inc. / Sushi Supreme / Gokujo Sushi. The company's specialties are live sushi bar catering, retail take out, restaurant food service, food product development and culinary consulting. Today he operates 2 Marukai sushi locations at Dillingham Blvd. and Ward Market Place. Plus catering statewide along with developing his famous salad dressings and marinades. He will soon be opening several sushi take out franchises, and is in the process of planning full service restaurant locations. See also: www.hawaiiangrowntv.com. | |
