Aries (March 21 - April 20)
Hard work and self-discipline pay off this month, Aries. If you are considering a new health plan or lifestyle change, this is the month to take the ram by the horns and go for it as you'll have the will and determination to clean up your act. On-the-job issues may be annoying this month too, but it's nothing you can't handle. Just take things one day at a time. It's the end of summer and you'll be feeling good about yourself. Share this feeling with others and watch the magic happen. On the 17th, you'll want to lay low due to a Sun/Uranus opposition. Others will be unpredictable on this day so don't sign any contracts or make any important commitments. People won't be cooperative and the unexpected can happen. The name of the game is self-control. Can you handle it?
Taurus (April 21 - May 21)
You've got it all going on this month, Taurus! Usually you love the month of September and this time around it promises to be another great one! It's all about love, children, romance, and creativity this month. You'll be feeling good and looking good. The 9th through the 11th will be fairy-tale time with romantic Venus and lucky Jupiter winking in your direction. Lavish yourself with all of the things you love and feel free to spoil yourself a bit in the process too. Strengthen family ties and take a different view-point on things that have been bugging you of late. People want to agree with you now and they'll be mesmerized by your unexpected sparkling personality. After the 22nd, it may turn a bit hectic around the home front. But this is only because you fear you made a wrong decision earlier in the month. You'll find by the 30th that this is not true, so kick back, be happy, and enjoy what's left of the glory days of summer. You deserve it!
Gemini (May 22 - June 21)
Do you feel caught in the middle, Gemini? Are responsibilities piling up? Do you feel tied to family problems? Any or all of these symptoms can rear their ugly head(s) this month and you will want to sneak off to the nearest retreat to soothe your nerves. During the full moon on the 4th, some of these issues may come to a head. Don't rebel! Keep your nose to the grindstone, work hard, and remain disciplined. Do the little things every day that free you up from falling behind and you'll feel much better knowing you have a good grip on something, no matter how small. Oftentimes, it's everyone else around us who is acting crazy and they try to slap the blame on someone else. If you are being blamed, try to discuss matters with maturity and restraint. If this doesn't work, know that towards the end of the month, the sun will shine again for you and you'll be able to turn this period into one of introspection and reevaluation. You might even emerge with a new worldview! Your mission for this month Gemini: Lay low and be patient.
Cancer (June 22 - July 22)
If you can balance impulsive reactions with self-control during the first week of the month, you'll be way ahead of the game. The planet Mercury will turn retrograde in your house of "the home" on the 6th, perhaps creating household or family issues you didn't exactly count on. This could take the form of anything from a broken pipe in the bathroom, to a child (or spouse) becomming overly cranky due to their own personal issues. You won't be in the mood to be a peace-maker this month because you'll be extra busy with other activities that relate to outside communications, other people, correspondence, and all things concerning networking. If people want to bring up old problems, try to be a good listener. By the end of the month, you will feel better about yourself and will see things by way of your own point of view. Let others stew in their own juices this month, Cancer. Although you might feel liberated by letting your own feelings run loose, you can't fix it - and nor will you want to! Don't ignore any good business opportunities that could come along and don't spend money in useless ways. If you keep an open mind, you might score big this month. But you must be flexible in your thinking.
Leo (July 23 - August 22)
Money makes so many things possible, but this month, Leo, you might find youself lacking in the funds you'll need to make things happen. It won't be wise to buy the entire bar a round of drinks if you're out to impress, nor will it be wise to run up credit cards for a new pair of must-have shoes. This is the sort of spending that will set you far back from your original goals. If you can hang on to your funds this month, you'll come out ahead. However, money isn't the only issue this month (although it's an important one). There will be other issues looming on the horizon, namely on the 4th (a full moon), the 15th, the 17th, 22nd and 23rd when the unexpected can happen and probably will. All of this will be related to the actions or reactions of other people, so be prepared for temperments to be running high. After the 20th, things should improve and you can focus on yourself once again. And won't that be nice?
Virgo (August 23 - September 23)
The full moon on the 4th is going to usher in feelings of confusion if you neglect your partner in any way. If you can be warm and fuzzy (not a Virgo trait) on this day, you'll save yourself a lot of heartache in the long run. When it comes to romance, sometimes being analytical about everything just doesn't work. September isn't going to be an easy month for you. I know it's your birthday month and usually it's a good one, but this time around there are far too many planets opposing or squaring your Virgo sun, making for mental and physical exhaustion at the end of the day. After the 23rd, you'll feel a lot better as the sun leaves your sign and moves on. But don't think you'll be out of the woods just yet! Edginess abounds this month and many others will be affected by this too. So, Virgo, whatever happens, try to let a lot of this roll off your back. Remember, you've most likely been through all of this before. Sunny skies ahead.
Libra (September 24 - October 23)
As with most of us this month, September will be filled with many ups and downs and Libran's will not be excluded. The good news for you is that you'll have a chance to catch up on some long overdue "alone-time" if you so desire. The 4th, 17th, and 23rd could bring unexpected news to your doorstep, probably concerning finances, so be prepared for anything that happens and keep in mind that anything that happens doesn't have to be necessarily bad. Keep your Libran scales balanced at all times this month and remain positive. During the last week, the Sun will take up residence in your own sun-sign Libra. This ushers in your Birthday month - and to all of you September Libra babies, have a very Happy Birthday!
Scorpio (October 24 - November 22)
I've said it before and I'll say it again. This hasn't been the easiest year for Scorpio's so far. So many home/family issues and so many annoying people wanting your attention has taken its toll at last. It's time to stop the madness! You deserve better than this. You've always been there for everyone else and now it's time to take back your power, own it, and feel confident that your authority will get you what you want as other people finally listen to all you have to say. You'll be a social creature this month, too, with friends wanting to be a part of your chi-chi inner circle. During the romantic full moon of the 4th, you'll want to share your toys with that extra special someone - but on the 15th, 17th, and 23rd, be prepared for the unexpected to occur around the house and with friends. Use restraint! If you're still annoyed by any of this at the end of the month, try to remember all you've taken on this year and realize you've climbed much bigger mountains. It'll be a crazy month, Scorpio, but nothing you can't handle this time around.
Sagittarius (November 23 - December 21)
Watch out for frustration on the job. This month is an anything can happen month for most of us and Sagittarius will be concerned the most with activities at their place of employment. In these rocky times, we all need to be concerned, but since The Sag is experiencing a 10th house transit (in the house of career), watch for unusual events to happen here, be they good or bad. The first week could be a real Lulu! There's a full moon on the 4th making for a lot of craziness. On the 6th, Mercury will turn retrograde, causing havoc when it comes to all forms of communication. If you can get through this first week intact, the 15th might usher in more unexpected news and the 18th and 23rd may ruffle your usually easy-going nature. September won't be pleasant for many people, but at least you have the capability to smile through the rough times. You know nothing lasts forever and it will do you good to hold this thought until the month ends and the skies clear.
Capricorn (December 22 - January 20)
Things may be chaotic this month. The planets are affecting everyone which means others can be just as crazy and touchy as you. Try to remain steady in all forms of argumentive situations as anything confrontational will backfire on you this month. The blame-game will be evident in your partnership zone and if you don't want to end up nagging at one another all month, try to show some balance, restraint, and cooperation early on, especially at the full moon on the 4th! Someone is trying their best to pull a mega power-play at your expense. Stay away from this nonsense if you can. You've worked awfully hard on your own self-improvement and self control and you are in no mood to go there. Don't let doubt interfere with level headed thinking and try to pace yourself, especially on the 17th. Try to find the humor in all situations and you'll come out ahead.
Aquarius (January 21 - February 19)
Why doesn't money grow on trees? Why is money the root of all evil? You may be asking yourself these exact same questions as you walk cautiously through an unsteady fiscal foundation on the 4th. Money could be a problem on this date, so the answer to "can I have it" is absolutely no! Issues concerning jointly held money and property, resources and savings, taxes and borrowing will be annoying at this time. You'll do much better if you concentrate on restoring yourself economically, even if only mentally. You can also take care of "you" this month, Aquarius! Don't let things slip due to unsteady money situations or setbacks. If you have a project in progress or have given your all to something like a lifestyle change, do not stop what you are doing just because of a couple of weeks of frustration this month. If you stick to your goals and keep looking forward, you will emerge as someone who can walk into the future feeling much freer and more confident in the job you are currently doing. Keep plodding along and you will be able to pursue an exciting new path.
Pisces (February 20 - March 20)
This won't be an easy month, Pisces. All sorts of partnership issues can crop up when you least expect it. When I say partnership issues, I not only mean your better-half as I also include business partners and such. You might as well get your ticket to the September roller coaster ride now so that you can tighten your safety belt earlier than most. It's going to be a wild ride. However, as I said last month, things will get better soon, I promise. Starting around Halloween. But until then, we have to go through one more whopper-doodle of a month before we can finally exhale and make sense of what we've been through in the past 2-1/2 years. On the 4th, leave the high drama at home and tell all of your Diva associates to do the same. On the 17th, don't push for change. On the 18th, don't be overly impusive. And on the 22nd and 23rd, sort through the facts before giving into an angry outburst. Listen to advice, Pisces and be willing to lend support if necessary. Other than that, just do your best to get through the month. What can I say? More wine, please.
