www.MyFoodDiary.com. Among other things, this site offers tools for making decisions about food and exercise. Features include a food diary, an exercise log, charts, reports, and discussion forums.
If you're a runner, you've probably heard of new partnerships between companies like Nike and Apple. The idea is to personalize your audio experience while exercising:
www.apple.com/ipod/nike. A sensor, placed in your shoes, sends data wirelessly to your iPod, providing feedback workout, like your heart rate and the distance run, for example. It also sends data that cab then be displayed on your computer after you're done.
