LANIKAI COCOA MOKA SUGAR FREE RECIPE
6 Cups powdered skim milk
1 1/2 Cups SPLENDA
1 Cup Cocoa powder
1/2 cup instant powdered coffee
2 TBL ground cinnamon

Mixing Bowl
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl with spatula. Do not put the marshmallows or chocolate chips in yet. Stir dry ingredients until thoroughly blended. This is the easy part.
Use a 1 cup measure to pour cocoa moka mix into clear gift bags. I put a handful of marshmallows and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top. Sometimes I add a few M & M's for color. Tie the gift bags with twist ties or curling ribbon. This is the fun part. Now you have a great gift item to take to your aunties house or send to school with the keiki for their favorite teacher.

To drink cocoa moka you will need to use 6 ounces water, add 2 Tbl of the cocoa moka mix, stir. Heat in microwave one minute. It can also be heated on the stovetop in a saucepan. One serving has approx. 80 calories. Add to that a bonus of calcium, Vit. A, C, D, 1 g fiber, and Iron in each cup.
You will get raves from the folks you gift this to. This is a great project to make with the keiki. No messy clean up, no cooking required, and some good fun. You can take this mix anywhere and make a delicious cup of cocoa moka at the office, or on a flight to the mainland, by just adding hot water. Use your imagination, make your own labels and name it using your ideas. Good luck and enjoy.
