Get On Board!
Since moving to Hawaii two years ago, I've been eager to try new adventures. I braved wading through rocky streams on hiking trails, dabbling in hula, climbing through volcanic caves, and jumping off steep cliffs. But, much to my dismay, I failed at surfing. More »

Rated 5.0 Stars

The Sadlowski Rotational Axis
Rated 5.0 Stars

When studying baseball players, I saw some of the same movements. Some kept moving while others lost their axis of rotation and slowed down or wound up with just an arm swing. Then, while studying the moves of Tiger Woods and Jamie Sadlowski, the answer came to Rick and I. More »

We all have busy lives full of work and family, and many of you may not exercise because you probably don't have a lot of free time. Here is the solution to your problem! Contrary to popular belief, studies have actually shown that a shorter workout, with a higher intensity can be even more effective than a longer workout with moderate intensity.
