HELP ME WITH RATINGS

This is easily the question people ask me most frequently... a Google search of the term "Slot Machine Secrets" returned no less than 156,000 entries. Many of these secrets are for sale for $4.95 to $59.95. But for today and today only... right here on Oceanic Time Warner's Around Hawaii these secrets won't cost you $59.95 or $24.95 or even $4.95 they are absolutely free (but you must act now). Best of all I guarantee they'll work or I'll double... no I'll quadruple your money back!

One way to beat the slot machines is to become a slot cheat. Many cheats have stolen millions of dollars from casinos but the thought of wearing an orange jump suit and being locked in a cell all night with a guy named Big Sammy is enough to make the average slot player to seek less risky alternatives.

Is there a 100% foolproof works every time method to legally beat the slots?

Read on for the answer...

As a friend of mine is fond of saying "they didn't build that town on winners" and he's both right and wrong. There is 14.7 billion dollars in resort expansions planned through 2009 and that money has to come from somewhere or more precisely someone.

Where my friend is wrong is that Las Vegas is really built on winners... every time we hear a slot machine paying off a jackpot or read about someone hitting a Royal Flush on Let It Ride or getting Four Aces in Paigow Poker we instinctually know that it could happen to us. That's the moment when we leave our brains at the door and our cash in the casino.

We're all adults and we all know that the casinos have calculated an advantage for the house in every wager, game or machine in they operate.

So how do you beat the machines?

Know thy enemy. They don't call them "One Armed Bandits" for nothing. Slot machines typically hold 15% or less of their take. This is called the theoretical hold. For every $100 played in the machine about $85 will be paid out (on average). I know what you're thinking... I've put a hundie in the machines plenty of times and got nothing back, not even a cherry! That's why its called a theoretical hold... because of a rule called the "Law of Large Numbers" over a time (a month, year or even 5 years) the machine is designed to average it's theoretical hold and pay out the $85.

There is only one factor that determines a slot machine's hold and that is the casino. They order slot machines from manufacturers like IGT, WMS, Bally Gaming and specify the hold percentage 85%, 92.6%, 99.4% (any percent they want). In Nevada slot machines must payout 75% of what they take in (25% hold). Unfortunately for us players these percentages are not public knowledge.

What is public knowledge is the denomination of the machine, the number of lines and coins per line and the type of machine (reel, video, progressive etc.).
