All Islands To our digital cable subscribers, if you are seeing a message on your television saying that your cable box is not authorized for use or the program guide is showing no data, please reboot your cable box by unplugging the power cord from the cable box, wait 10 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in. Please wait for the time to re-appear on the front of the cable box before turning it back on. This may take several minutes.
