ATTENTION ALL PC USERS: Oceanic Time Warner Cable recommends that all users have a registered Antivirus program with the latest updates to the virus definitions AND engine. Please purchase, install, and/or update your Antivirus program and run a full scan on all of your drives immediately if you have not already. We also recommend scheduling frequent virus definition updates, engine updates and drive scans.
Macintosh OS X, is NOW currently supported by Road Runner and the National Help Desk. Please be aware that the minimum requirements for installation on Road Runner has changed as of October 1, 2003. Windows 95/98 Users: Due to the recent lack of vendor support of Microsoft Windows 95/98, Road Runner will provide only "best effort" technical support for users of Windows 95/98. Road Runner subscribers with Windows 95/98 are encouraged to upgrade. Windows Internet Connection Sharing: The Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) component in Windows 98 Second Edition, Millenium Edition (ME), Windows 2000 and XP is not supported by Road Runner or the National Help Desk. Please exercise caution if you choose to upgrade your system at this time.
