REMINDER: Road Runner Hawaii does not support the Claris E-mailer program for the Macintosh. This help file is simply provided as a guide to help set things up for Road Runner mail. Questions/problems with Claris E-mailer should be sent to FileMaker, Inc.
Run Claris Emailer by double clicking on the program icon.
Go to the Setup menu and choose Internet Setup.
The Account Name should be your Road Runner Hawaii username (i.e. "alohaj001")
Type your full name next to User Name.
Your Email Address takes the form of "alohaj001@hawaii.rr.com"
Your Email Account should be "alohaj001@pop-server.hawaii.rr.com" (if your username is alohaj001).
Enter your user Road Runner Hawaii account's password in the Email Password field.
