Adding a New Entry to the Address Book The Address Book can be used to store and organize your list of E-mail addresses. To make additions to your address book from a Composition window, go to the Communicator menu and select Address Book (this brings up the Address Book window).

To add a single entry to your address book, click the New Card Button . In the Properties Window, type in the person’s First Name, Last Name and E-mail Address.

Click the OK to add the person to your Address Book.
