What is WebMail?
Quite simply, WebMail is a web site that enables you to check your Road Runner e-mail from a web browser. Instead of launching an e-mail program (like Outlook Express), you simply point your web browser to a web page. WebMail allows you to have FULL access to your Road Runner e-mail.
How do I use WebMail?
WebMail is really pretty easy to use. If you've used a service like 'HotMail' before, you'll be right at home. You just need to go to the web site and login using the Road Runner username and password for your e-mail account. You may want to write down the following URL, or place it in your bookmarks folder for later use:
http://webmail.hawaii.rr.com.
What happens to my mail?
When you use WebMail to read your Road Runner email, the messages you receive remain on Road Runner's mail server. In other words, WebMail does not actually download your email from the mail server, it's simply acting as a reader. If you go home and check your email using your normal email software, all your mail will still be there (unless you deleted them from within WebMail).
What web browser can I use?
WebMail works well in most major web browsers. However, we have found several incompatibilities with older web browsers and operating systems. Please remember, as stated on our Conditions For Use section, this service is offered AS IS. We make no guarantees that it will work for every possible combination of computer operating system and web browser. It is also possible that some company firewalls will block access to WebMail.

This service is for Road Runner users only and we ask that you abide by the following conditions before you begin:
- Do not give out any pertinent Road Runner information to anyone.
- The WebMail service is provided "as is". If you need support, please send a message to support with any questions.
- Use this service at your own risk. Oceanic/Road Runner can make no security or privacy guarantees on WebMail.
- If this service is abused or misused, Oceanic/Road Runner reserves the right to shut it down without notice.
