Change Password Changing your Road Runner password regularly is a good idea. The Change Password button off the User Account Options screen allows you to change your password right from your web browser.
Once you click on the Change Password button, you will see the following screen. In this example, Joe Aloha is changing the password for his Master User. We know this because next to the words User Name, is Joe's Master User Name, "alohaj001".
In the box next to the word Current, Joe types in his current Master User password. Note: for security reasons, whatever you type here will appear as asterisks "****" as shown. Next to New, he enters his new password and then repeats it next to Confirm. Clicking on the Change button will result in the change of the new password.
There are a number of confirmation pages that you will see, depending on how accurately you entered your password information. Click on the links below to see which page you will see depending upon the accuracy of your entries:
Solution - Make sure you've correctly entered your original password. Call Oceanic's Customer service (625-8100) if you've lost your Master User password.
