User Management[Introduction] The User Management area of the User Account Options page is very important. This is where you can manage your Road Runner account; you can create or delete Sub User accounts, check your account properties, services and status and as well as change Sub Users' passwords. Some of the following explanations can be lengthy, but please bear with us as this section contains very important information.
To get to the User Management section, click on the button named User Management on the User Account Options page (see illustration below).
This action will bring up the main User Management screen as seen below. Each button on this page represents a different User Management feature, which we will cover in more detail.
Please note: In this example, the user is logged in with his Master User Name. (The area next to the words "user name" tells you who you're logged in as. In this case "alohaj001"). In order to use these User Account Option features, you must be logged in as the Master User (sub users are only authorized to change their own password and nothing else).
