User Management[Account Status] The Account Status page will show if a Sub User account is "Enabled" or "Disabled". Enabled means you and send receive e-mail for that Sub User address. Disabled means that you cannot send or receive e-mail with that Sub User address.
To check the status of a Sub User, select the name from the list in the main User Management screen and click the Status button.
This action will open the Account Status screen. From here, you may disable a Sub User account by un-checking the box next to the words Enabled. If you do this, you will no longer be able send or receive e-mail from this account, but you will still retain the right to use that Sub User name. In this example, if you disabled the Sub User "hulahoop", the user name "hulahoop" would not be available for someone else to use. If you don't think you'll ever want to use the Sub User name "hulahoop" again, you may want to delete this Sub User instead.
NOTE: you must be logged in with your Master User Name and password in order to use this feature (sub users are only authorized to change their own password and nothing else).
