User Management[User Properties] The User Properties page simply shows the properties (information) of a Road Runner User.
Select the Sub User name from the list in the main User Management screen and click the Properties button to see the properties of that user account.
This will take you to the User Properties screen where you can find out details about the user you've selected. This screen does not enable you to make any changes to the user's account. To change any of these properties, you have to go to the services page.
NOTE: you must be logged in with your Master User Name and password in order to use this feature (sub users are only authorized to change their own password and nothing else).

Can't login to User Account Options? Check to make sure you have the Proxy Server "exceptions" listed correctly (the exceptions were updated on 1/2000). Go to the Proxy Server section to see how.
