Every month, Road Runner Hawaii customers receive the Oceanic `Ohana Newsletter at their @hawaii.rr.com email address(es). For your convenience, we also make this available online for authenticated users. Step by step instructions are below.
1) Create a FREE AroundHawaii.com member Account (if you haven't done so already)For step by step instructions on the Create an Account process, click here.
2) Sign in to AroundHawaii.com
Upon completion of the membership process (see link above for details), enter your login information and click on the SignIn link.

3) Click on the Edit My Profile LinkOnce you sign in, the orange login box will turn into your AroundHawaii control panel. Click on the Edit My Profile link.

In order to view the Ohana Newsletter online (which is packed with exclusive, customer-only specials), we need to verify that you are indeed a Road Runner customer. To do so, follow the steps below:
4) Edit my profile page - Account MaintenanceTo verify your valid Road Runner Hawaii account, enter your Road Runner Account ID (e.g. alohaj001) without the @hawaii.rr.com and associated password and click on the Check Now button under the Account Maintenance section.

Once verified, you will see a message that says "Road Runner Premium Content: We have validated that you are a Road Runner subscriber." and the nifty Road Runner head icon will appear in your control panel.

5) Click on the `Ohana Newsletter link
Now that you are verified as a Road Runner Hawaii customer, you can view the Oceanic `Ohana Newsletter online! Yay!
Under the control panel and advertisement in the right hand column (on most pages at AroundHawaii.com), you will now see the Road Runner Members Only Content QuickLinks box. Click on the first link called `Ohana Newsletter.

This will pop a new window that opens the web version of the current newsletter.
Troubleshooting* Nothing happens when I click on the link.
Check your browser's pop-up blocker settings. Be sure to allow www.aroundhawaii.com content.
* I don't see the `Ohana Newsletter link.
Follow the steps again above and be sure that your account gets verified by our system. You must use a valid Road Runner Hawaii account and password. Expired/deleted/cancelled accounts will be de-authenticated automatically.
* I get a Newsletter Redirect page with the bird.
You will only see this page if your account is not verified as current. See previous bullet point for directions on how to re-verify and make sure that you see the Road Runner head icon in your control panel.
* The newsletter is "old".
The newsletter is usually sent out to your email in the first full week of the new month. We post the online version around this time as well. Keep checking back during this time for the updated version.
