Setting Up Mail with Road Runner Hawaii
Sending and receiving electronic mail is an important tool used by almost everyone on the Internet. As a Road Runner subscriber, you can take advantage of E-mail after learning how to setup and use your software. In this series of web pages, we'll explore the basic functions of Internet e-mail software; setup, composing messages and using the address book.
Please note: When setting up any of these E-mail programs to check your Road Runner Master User Account's E-mail, please be sure to enter the correct return address. This return address should look something like this yourusername001@hawaii.rr.com (where the characters following your username are the numbers zero, zero and one; not letters).
Please note: While Road Runner supplies Internet Explorer to our customers, we do recognize that many people use the Netscape family of browsers and their corresponding mail programs. As such, we provide basic information on Netscape products in addition to Internet Explorer.
In addition, we've included basic setup information for other leading e-mail programs. However, just because we provide this information, does not imply that we will help troubleshoot problems associated with unsupported software. Instead, please contact the appropriate vendor for detailed product support.
