Lou Torraca
Lou Torraca retired from the USAF in 1983 after serving as the Director of Public Affairs at the US Pacific Command at Camp Smith. He has been President of International Public Relations, Director of the Mayor's Office of Information and Complaint (for Frank Fasi), the Director of Communication at the DOE (for Charlie Toguchi) and Special Assistant to the President (Don Duckworth) of Bishop Museum. He also taught Communication, Journalism and Public Relations at UH, Chaminade and Hawaii Pacific University. Lou has been the President of the TUG (Computer User Group of the Hawaii MOAA Chapter) since 1997 and has been writing a column on Consumer Electronics and Computers since then.
