Catherine Toth
Born and raised on O'ahu, Catherine E. Toth is a writer, columnist, blogger, photographer and frozen dessert aficionado. Her work has appeared in The Honolulu Advertiser, Chicago Tribune, Honolulu Magazine, Outside and The Writer. She currently works as a journalism instructor at Kapi'olani Community College. When she's not working - or writing - Catherine can be found somewhere in the Pacific Ocean, surfboard in tow.
